I’ve been to Tranquility Spa twice now and had massages from both Mia and Jenny, and they were outstanding each time. Mia was amazing – very professional, great technique, and she gave one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had. She listened to what I needed, checked pressure, and really worked out stubborn knots. On my next visit, I booked with Jenny and she was equally impressive. Also very professional, focused, and skilled, with a slightly different style that blended deep tissue and relaxing work perfectly. Both therapists clearly know what they’re doing and made the sessions feel therapeutic, not rushed. Prices here are unbeatable for the quality of the massage and the overall experience – clean, calm, and comfortable. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Tranquility Spa for deep tissue, walk‑on‑back, or just a great full‑body massage.

I had a massage here by Milton yesterday and it was one of the best sessions I've had. For reference, I've lived in Hawaii, California, and Texas and have gotten massages regularly there as well as at multiple luxury resorts internationally, so this is high praise. If you're expecting one of those monthly subscription places, with fancy waiting rooms and newly licensed massage therapists who don't know what they're doing, this place is not for you. This place is a no fuss, no frills, simple, clean, quality massage spa. They're not booked up because they're not running a subscription sales strategy that pre-charges you for sessions you will never use. YOU get to tell them what time is convenient for you and they'll fit you in. $80 for a 60 min regular EXCELLENT massage is a fantastic deal in Fountain Hills.

BEST MASSAGE EVER! Pink is her name and she was AMAZING! I am an athlete and I like very hard deep tissue and she did just that! Pink knew where all of my knots were and got in there deep. I walked away with the biggest smile on my face and felt incredible! The space was clean and relaxing!! I’ll be going back!
